I have bought and sold many houses during my life and never had a realtor do as much as Mike has done for us. He does way more than you would ever expect and offers to do it all with a smile. He makes calls to professionals contractors, meets them at your house, makes sure everything is done right. He also makes calls to your bank, calls the person selling and answers lots of questions for us. He has just been the best ever! He has even gone so far as to introduce us to people who like to play tennis and pickle ball in the area.

By luck of the draw, we were introduced to Mike to assist us in our search for property. Mike responded to a Zillow inquiry late at night and called us immediately. He is an outstanding communicator, his follow-up is fantastic, and his knowledge and expertise of the area were extremely helpful. We have worked with several agents in looking for a lake property and Mike was simply the best by far. We truly felt that he was advocating solely for us throughout the entirety of the buying process and provide assistance well beyond the requirement of a traditional agent. We had a very difficult seller to deal with and Mike made it as easy as was possible in dealing with an unresponsive listing agency and seller. We met Mike about a year ago at an open house and we've really enjoyed getting to know him. He kept us posted about new homes coming for sale as we continued our search for a permanent residence. Once we found it, he was on top of every detail. He communicated well by whatever means was best at the moment (email, phone or text messages). At the time we were also selling another place and he was helpful in coordinating between the two. We appreciated his sense of humor, pleasant personality, persistence and attention to detail. He helped make our home buying experience very pleasurable and we would choose to work with him again without hesitation.
